环烯醚萜类化合物的质谱裂解规律研究进展

Research Progress on Mass Spectral Fragmentation of Iridoids

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

近年来, 液质联用技术在对复杂体系中环烯醚萜的化学表征方面显示出巨大的优势, 在环烯醚萜结构鉴定方面, 质谱被认为是不可缺少的重要手段.因此, 对环烯醚萜的质谱裂解规律的研究越来越受关注.从结构类型方面对环烯醚萜类化合物近年来的质谱裂解规律研究进展进行了概述, 为该类化合物利用其质谱裂解规律进行化学结构鉴定提供参考.

Abstract:

In recent years,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) showed great advantages in chemical characterization of iridoids from complex system.MS is considered to be an important and indispensable tool for the structure characterization of iridoids.Therefore,the research on mass spectral fragmentation behaviors of iridoids is receiving more and more attention.The research progress of mass spectral fragmentation behaviors was briefly reviewed in aspects of iridoid structural indentification in recent years in this paper.It can provide a reference for structural indentification of iridoids with MS.
