腐殖酸钠和高岭土对丹参抗旱性的影响

Effects of Sodium Humate and Kaolin on the Drought Resistance of Salvia miltiorrhiza

摘要:

在干旱条件下,比较了不同质量浓度的腐殖酸钠及高岭土处理对丹参抗旱性的影响.试验结果表明,在干旱条件下利用5g/L腐殖酸钠溶液对丹参种子进行浸种能够显著提高其萌发率;喷施1g/L腐殖酸钠可明显使丹参幼苗气孔收缩,从而降低蒸腾速率,使丹参幼苗抗旱性得到显著提高.60g/L高岭土悬浮液的叶面喷施可增强丹参幼苗对强光的反射,降低叶片的蒸腾速率,从而减弱丹参叶片由于强光照射造成的水分丢失.生理检测表明,5g/L腐殖酸钠溶液的喷施可明显提高丹参幼苗的可溶性糖和叶绿素含量,这可能是丹参抗旱能力得到提高的原因之一.

Abstract:

In this study, the effects of treatment with different concentrations of sodium humate and kaolin on the drought resistance of Salvia miltiorrhiza were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that soaking the seeds of S. miltiorrhiza with 5g/L sodium humate could significantly improve the germination rate under drought conditions; spraying 1g/L sodium humate could make the stoma of S. miltiorrhiza seedlings significantly shrink, thus reducing the transpiration rate and significantly improving the drought resistance of salvia. Foliar application of 60g/L kaolin on the S. miltiorrhiza seedlings could enhance the light reflection and reduce the leaf transpiration rate, which can decrease the water loss of salvia leaves under bright lights. Physiological detection showed that the foliar application of 5g/L sodium humate could significantly improve the content of soluble sugar and chlorophyll in the S. miltiorrhiza seedlings, which might be one reason for the drought resistance improvement in S. miltiorrhiza.
