单取代环戊二烯基金属羰基配合物的合成及晶体结构

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Monsubstituted Cyclopentadienyl Metal Carbonyl Complexes

摘要:

配体C5H5R [R=CH2Ph(1),nBu(2)]分别与Fe(CO)5,Ru3(CO)12在二甲苯中加热回流,得到了3个新的双核配合物[(η5-C5H4CH2Ph)Fe(CO)(μ-CO)]2(3),[(η5-C5H4nBu)Fe(CO)(μ-CO)]2(4)和[(η5-C5H4CH2Ph)Ru(CO)(μ-CO)]2(5).通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对配合物的结构进行了表征,并用X射线单晶衍射法测定了配合物5的结构.结果表明:晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/m空间群,a=0.67894(13)nm,b=1.2258(2)nm,c=0.78116(13)nm,α=90°,β=113.407(2)°,γ=90°,V=596.61(19)nm3Dc=3.477g/cm3μ=2.597mm-1F(000)=620,Z=2,R1=0.0226,wR2=0.0595.CCDC:881473.

Abstract:

Monsubstituted cyclopentadienes C5H5R[R=Benzyl(1),n-Butyl(2)] reacted with Fe(CO)5 and Ru3(CO)12 to give three new dinuclear cyclopentadienyl metal carbonyl complexes [(η5-C5H4CH2Ph)Fe(CO)(μ-CO)]2(3),[(η5-C5H4nBu)Fe(CO)(μ-CO)]2 (4) and [(η5-C5H4CH2Ph)Ru(CO)(μ-CO)]2(5),respectively.The complexes 3~5 were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,and 1HNMR spectrum.The crystal structure of the complex 5 was determined by X-ray diffraction.Crystal data for complex 5:monoclinic,space group P21/m,a=0.67894(13) nm,b=1.2258(2) nm,c=0.78116(13) nm,α=90°,β=113.407(2)°,γ=90°,V=596.61(19) nm3,Dc=3.477g/cm3,μ=2.597mm-1,F(000)=620,Z=2,R1=0.0226,wR2=0.0595.CCDC:881473.
