The writer argues that in the context of construction of social harmony the ideological work in the foreign invested companies should be inline with the Marxist foreign direct investment, which may further guide their domestic development and overseas relations. The paper hence performs a systematic study of the theories by Marx, Lenin, and Deng Xiaoping concerning the foreign direct investment in China for the sake of improving the socialist economy and construction of the social harmony eventually.
