On the legal rules of the market of the air transportations
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
从20世纪80年代以来，我国民航事业取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就：机队规模不断扩大，航线网络不断拓展，航空运输量持续快速增长。近年来，中国民航呈现出一种加速增长的态势。航空运输业的快速发展过程中也产生了一些新的问题，对航空运输市场监管是不可回避的问题。完善航空运输市场监管法律制度是实现有效监管的重要方式。
Abstract：
Since the 1980s, Chinese civil aviation industry has made remarkable achievements, and the aircraft fleet, route network and air traffic continues to grow. However, the rapid development is accompanied with problems which need effective market regulation and legal supervision.
