A strategic study of the pragmatic personnel in the country
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
农村实用人才是发展现代农业、推进社会主义新农村建设的主体力量, 发挥着重要作用。但也存在农村实用人才数量不足, 整体素质偏低, 地域、产业、层次分布不合理, 作用发挥不充分等问题。在实践中可通过建立健全教育培训、管理服务体系、加强组织领导等途径予以解决。
Abstract：
The pragmatic personnel in the country should serve as the major labor force for the construction of the new Chinese Socialist countryside. The fact is, however, that there is insufficient number of qualified personnel, and at an inappropriate distribution in regions, industries, and levels. So the paper argues for practical proposals the organization departments take to its improvement.
