摘要：
抗日战争时期, 中国共产党以建设"民主的模范区"为指导, 推动各根据地进行了全方位的政权建设, 在局部地区率先实现了真正的民主政治。中国共产党始终抱持抗战与民主不可分的政治理念, 积极推进全国的政治民主化, 并逐渐成为全国政治民主化的领导者和决定性力量。这一时期, 中国共产党勇于开拓, 不断创新, 创立了崭新的新民主主义政权理论, 把政权理论建设推向了一个新高度。抗日战争时期的政权建设, 在中国共产党政权建设史上占有突出的地位, 写下了辉煌的篇章。
Abstract：
The Communist Party of China (CPC) enforces the power of democratic model in the revolutionary bases during the anti-Japanese war. And the CPC keeps on the political ideology of democracy combined with anti-invasion, helping to form the political democracy, and taking the lead in the national democratization.
