摘要/Abstract
摘要：
当前, 大众传媒的价值取向对青少年发挥着全面而深刻的影响。厘清这些影响的积极价值与消极作用, 针对大众传媒消极价值取向的形成根源, 正确运用政治、文化和法律等制度措施, 强化对大众传媒的制度规范和法制管理, 提升大众传媒的先进文化价值品位, 优化青少年成长的社会文化环境, 培养青少年的健康主体人格, 塑造优良社会公民群体, 是实现人与社会关系的和谐、构建和谐社会的正确选择和科学举措之一。
Abstract：
While the values of the mass media play a profound role for the youths, it is significant to clarify the positive and negative values, explore over the causes, take proper measures to keep a systematic norm and legal administration of the mass media for an optimized social and cultural environment where the young live healthily in the context of the social harmony.
