Man-based tradition and man-based conception
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
中国传统社会有"保民爱民"的民本思想, 但传统等级制度下的民本思想实质上是"使民之道"。当代中国的以人为本, 是以人民为本, 实现最广大人民群众的根本利益。实现以人为本, 必须打碎等级桎梏, 解放民本精神, 破除官本位意识, 实现人的独立平等, 促进人的全面发展。
Abstract：
Whereas the Chinese tradition values highly the man-based concept of favoring the people, the hierachical system has long featured in the ruling of the people. However the current man-based conception actually bases the most extensively on the benefit of the mass, shattering the hierachical bindings and officialdom, and realizing the equality to a largest extent.
