摘要：
党的十六届六中全会提出了"以党内和谐促进社会和谐"的全新命题。深入理解这样一个命题, 必须对"党内和谐"有一个清晰的把握, 弄清党内和谐的概念内含、党内不和谐的成因、构建党内和谐的路径选择等问题, 以期首先从理论上建构党内和谐。只有立足于理论上建构党内和谐的基础上, 才能进一步思考"以党内和谐促进社会和谐"的内在逻辑、"以党内和谐促进社会和谐"的基本维度等问题。
Abstract：
The creative theme of the Party's harmony for social harmony is initially mentioned on the sixth plenary of the sixteenth conference of CPC. For a better understanding of this theme, the paper advocates a profound understanding of the Party. sharmony, incongruencies, and proper approaches to the harmony in theory. This, in turn, helps with the social harmony.
