A comparative study of the feminine images by Wang Anyi and Tie Ning
摘要/Abstract
王安忆与铁凝, 一南一北两位女作家, 都钟情于处在缝隙中的普通女性的生活, 致力于表现她们的喜怒哀乐。但由于生活环境与文学追求不同, 她们的作品中又凝聚了各自对人生的独特思考和理解, 呈现出异样的景观。王安忆富于理性, 善于展示远离政治伦理、被日子裹挟的自我, 人物安稳平实, 有挣扎但不是抵死的, 而是经过精明算计, 享受生活, 体现出海派文化精明务实、讲究生活的特点; 铁凝更多地利用经验揭示历史动荡与时代变化中的个体, 人物不甘寂寞, 积极参与现实, 不惜一切对现实出击, 富于抗争精神, 有情有义, 坦荡真诚, 分明浸染了燕赵儿女关注现实、执著反抗、朴实忠厚的个性。
Wang Anyi is from south, while Tie Ning is from north of China. Both women writers show deep affection for the ordinary women, feeling their happiness and sorrows. Due to their different living environments and literary pursuits, their works give their unique understanding of human life, thus bringing out different spectacles. Wang Anyi is rational and good at depicting calculable characters clear of political ethics, typical of Shanghai culture. Tie Ning, on the other hand, describes more of the frank and honest individuals in the ever-changing history, typical of Yan and Zhao culture.
