摘要/Abstract
摘要：
社会主义和谐社会的精神文化必须是以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想为指导的先进文化, 这种先进文化的功能既表现在对社会发展的导向作用上, 又表现在对社会的规范、调控作用上, 还表现在对社会的凝聚作用和社会经济发展的驱动作用上。社会主义和谐社会的精神文化具有与社会主义市场经济相适应, 与中华民族优秀传统文化相衔接又充分体现时代精神, 与和谐社会要求相吻合的基本特征。构建社会主义和谐社会的精神文化应当坚持以真为魂, 以人为本, 以和为贵的原则。
Abstract：
The spiritual culture of the socialist harmony is based on Marxism, Leninism, Mao Zedong thoughts, Deng Xiaoping theory, and the three represents. It helps with the development of the social development as well as the social norms. Moreover it is in accordance with the Chinese glorious tradition, and adapts to the socialist market economy. The truth-valued, man-based, and peace principles are adhered.
