摘要：
随着公众环境意识的提高, 环境信息公开的价值凸现, 当前建立上市公司环境信息披露制度是我国环境管理手段的创新, 也具有可行性和现实意义。
Abstract：
With the increased public awareness of the circumstances, the publicity becomes valuable of circumstantial information. And the current mechanisms of information revelation serve as a creative device of management of the listed corporations, thus playing a positive role.
