抗日战争胜利后,中国共产党开始了对早期城市经济政策的探索,尤其是在邯郸进行的城市经济政策的理论与实践,为以后接收和改造其他城市积累了经验,提供了依据,具有深远的意义。
Abstract：
After achieving the victory of the anti-Japanese war, CPC starts the explorations of the pre-stage municipal economic policies. The case study in Handan shows the municipal economic administration in both theory and practice, with CPC thus accumulating experiences for the cities to be liberated in the oncoming years.
