A legal analysis of rights of migrant workers in the field of construction
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
随着我国市场经济的不断发展,农民工群体已经成为城市的重要组成部分,依法保障农民工的合法权益是我国劳动力市场得以健康运转的基石。主要从工资制度、工时制度及维权成本等方面,论述了建筑领域民工合法权益保障的内容和法律依据,分析了农民工的失权现状并对此提出了建议。

With the continuous development of the market economy,migrant workers have become an indispensable part of the city dwellers.The law protection of their rights and interests is a cornerstone of Chinese labor market in relation to their wages,labor and time.This article discusses the status of the migrant workers in the construction field and their legal protection
