On the opening of the capital projects and banking stability in developing countries

摘要：
资本项目开放促进了发展中国家经济的发展,同时又充满了风险和危机,而这种风险和危机首先体现在发展中国家的银行部门。通过对发展中国家银行体系危机的机制分析,提出了改善发展中国家脆弱的银行体系及相应的制度安排。
Abstract：
While the opening of the capital projects improves the development of the economy in the developing countries, it is accompanied with the chances of risks and crisis, in particular, in the banking institutions. Upon this basis, the writer of this paper puts forward with an analysis of the banking institution mechanisms in relation to crisis, in addition to a series of improvement options of the weak banking institutions in the developing countries.
