On the increasing undergraduate enrolments from the scientific viewpoints
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
1999年开始的高校扩招推动了高等教育的发展,为经济增长增添了新的亮点。伴随扩招所引发的教学质量、学生管理等问题,引起了社会的关注。解决这些问题,必须以科学的发展观作指导,增加财政投入,强化质量意识,深化教育体制改革,转变教育理念。
Abstract：
Whereas the increasing undergraduate enrolments since 1999 have helped with the development of the higher education and improved the economic growth, the consequent teaching quality and management have also attracted the social attention. Hence the author of the paper proposes that to solve the problems we base on the scientific viewpoint of development, increase financial support, enhance the teaching quality, reform educational system, and transform the educational conceptions.
