A brief account of the information dissemination in the late Qing Dynasty

摘要：
晚清时期社会传闻盛行,是非常醒目的事实。其原因是复杂的,而信息环境的影响因素不失为一个重要方面。从官方层面、民间层面以及两者间的信息沟通,从新型传媒(主要是新式报刊)的信息传播情状乃至整体的社会信息环境看,都存在着严重缺陷。这不啻成为促使舆论畸变、传闻盛行的病榻。
Abstract：
The information dissemination is a rather popular fact in the late Qing Dy nasty due to the influence of a complicated social environment, in particular, the informational environment .Information spread at the level of the officials, or of the public , or of both, or via the new media (new spapers)shows that there are severe defects in them all that, in turn, serve as the hotbed for the information dissemination.
