On the correlations of the Chinese adult educational laws
摘要/Abstract
成人教育法律关系是由成人教育法律规范所确认和调整的成人教育关系主体之间的权利义务关系。社会转型期我国成人教育法律关系的发展趋势是:成人教育法律关系主体的多元化;成人教育法律关系客体的扩大化;成人教育法律关系内容的具体化。成人接受教育的权利和义务是我国成人教育法律关系内容的核心。国家应依法保障成人接受教育的权利;成人应依法自觉履行接受教育的义务。
The correlations of the adult educational laws refer to the legal obligations of the concerned entities designated and defined in the adult educational laws. The correlations of the Chinese adult educational laws during the social transformation tend to develop with the principal entities as multilateral, objective entities as expanding, and the contents as specific. The key point is that the grown-ups are entitled to the obligations of education. Namely, governments should guarantee the grown-ups receive education, while the grown-ups should perform the obligations of receiving education.
