Restructuring and employment expansion——A strategic study of industrial structure and employment structure in Hebei Province
摘要/Abstract
通过对改革开放以来河北省产业结构和就业结构变动趋势的考察及对二者的相关性的实证分析,可发现影响河北省扩大就业的一个重要方面是产业结构与就业结构发展的不均衡。实现就业结构的调整优化,合理配置劳动力资源,使之与产业结构的演进相协调,对于有效缓解河北省的就业压力,进而实现经济增长、结构优化、就业扩张的目标,有着重要意义。
A survey has been performed over the variable tendencies and correlations of the industrial structure and employment structure since the opening and reforming policies were adopted in Hebei Province. It shows that a severe impact affecting the employment expansion in Hebei Province is due to the imbalance between the industrial structure and employment structure. Based on this, the researchers highlight the significance of optimizing the employment structure, restructuring the human resources in accordance to the industrial structure, and reducing the pressure of employment in Hebei Province. The goal of the research is to help Hebei to improve its economic growth, optimize the industrial structure, and substantially expand the employment.
