摘要：
在新世纪新阶段,我们党对马克思主义人的全面发展理论进行了新的阐释:人的全面发展是建设社会主义新社会的本质要求;人的全面发展是物质生活发展、精神生活发展和政治生活发展的统一;人的全面发展是提高素质与人力资源开发的统一;人的全面发展是人与社会的协调发展和人与自然的和谐发展。
Abstract：
It is in new century that CPC has updated the Marxist theory on the human development. This development reflects the essential request of building the socialist society, the highly integrated improvement of material, spiritual and political lives, human resources, and the harmony between human and nature.
