A dynamic study of the linguistic variation and lexicological standard

摘要：
语言文字的规则是约定俗成的,而且总是处于动态的发展变化之中,语言文字的规范是一个动静辩证统一的历史概念。语言文字的规范化,必须是在发展中“规范”,在不断研究中确定“规范”的标准。“规范”标准的确立,既要尊重语言规则与历史的法则,更要正视语言实践,尊重语言使用群体的选择
Abstract：
The linguistic rules are arbitrary, which tend to be developing. Therefore, the lexicological standard is a dialectical concept of the dynamic and static. Based on that, the writer of this paper assumes that the linguistic standard needs to be established in the development, which further improves and updates the standard, reflecting the respect to the historical laws as well as the choice of the speakers of the language.
