摘要：
当前,跨国并购已经成为国际直接投资的主要形式。我们必须顺应跨国并购潮流,利用跨国并购这种新的形式积极促进我国企业技术发展水平和管理水平的提高。同时,也须看到跨国并购可能对我国技术进步带来的消极影响,并尽力克服之。
Abstract：
International merging has currently become the principal form of investment. Thus, we ought to adapt to, and make a good use of this tendency, for the purpose of improving the technology and management of Chinese businesses. Meanwhile, it is also advisable to attend to the side effects that may accompany the international merging.
