A tentative study of the ways and conditions for CPC to realize civil rights
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
任何理论变为现实,都需要具备一定条件。中国共产党不仅主张尊重和保障人权,而且还结合中国国情,对实现人权的途径和条件进行了深入探讨,使其人权思想更具应用性和可操作性。从而有力地推动了中国人权建设事业的发展与人权理论体系的形成和完善。
Abstract：
The writer of this paper believes that the Communist Party of China does respect civil rights. In fact, CPC has also made great attempts to pursue the practical ways and conditions to ensure civil rights to be of applicability and accessibility. This helps establish a theoretical system of civil right cause in China.
