A creative idea of Chinese social insuring system
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
社会保障制度的改革是我国面临的最艰巨的改革任务之一。改革开放以来,我国社会保障制度的改革取得了很大的成就,但也出现了许多新的问题和困难。因此,要实现改革的最终目标,必须要有新的思路和突破。
Abstract：
The ongoing reform of the system of social insurance is one of the most complicated commit-ments China faces. Since the beginning of the reform, China has achieved a great success in its systematic reforms of the social insurance. However, problems have arisen as well. Therefore, there should be creative ideology and breakthrough that may help achieve the utmost goal.
