On the unique features of the journals of social science edition in universities

摘要：
高校社科学报的特色,在学报方向、内容和形式上均有特定的表现。这种特色是打造名牌学报的基本手段,开发学术资源的有效武器,优化编辑思想的重要措施。其形成途径是:坚持开放办刊,策划特色栏目,做到与时俱进。高校社科学报要办出特色,必须具备领导重视、专家办刊、编辑队伍素质高等保障条件。
Abstract：
The social science journals of colleges o r universities are supposed to demo nst rate their conspicuous orientations of content and form.Such features are necessary to enable the journals to stand out,to develop academic resources,and to boost the edito rial concepts.In the pursuit of these special features,we edito rs should keep on the open-mindedness,and reserve characteristic columns.In addition,the support of the leadership,the participation of the autho rities,and the professionalism of the editorial boards are also indispensable.
