摘要：
我国农业结构调整应遵循经济效益优先、可持续发展、结构优化升级和农民作为经济主体的原则。以信息化推进市场化、大力推进农业企业化、大力发展农产品加工业等加快农业结构战略性调整。
Abstract：
The writers of this paper argue that the strategic restructuring of Chinese agriculture should take into consideration the following principles,i.e.,economy with priority, sustainable development,optimization of structure towards economy-oriented crops, information-targeted marketing,industrialization of agriculture,and development of further processing industry of the ag ricultural products.
