Four historical contributions by Mao Zedong and CPC in Xibaipo
摘要/Abstract
毛泽东在1948年九月会议上第一次比较系统、明确地回答了人民民主专政的基本问题,标志着人民民主专政理论的创立,党的七届二中全会则确立了人民民主专政为建国的政治纲领;中共中央《关于召开党的各级代表大会和代表会议决议》等文件,是扩大党内民主、开创各级党的民主建设新局面的里程碑;创建新中国是一项伟大系统工程,新中国的国家体制的设计和经济结构的性质的确立及两项政治准备起于西柏坡,建立新中国起步或奠基在西柏坡;继党的七大概括了立党的三大作风之后,毛泽东在七届二中全会上又概括了以立党、立国、执政、创业为宗旨建设新世界的两个"务必"的新作风,这个理论创新,独具匠心。
As early as in September of 1948, Mao Zedong systemat ically spoke, for the f irst time, of the basic issues regarding people?? s democracy , marking the establishment of the theory of people?? s democrat ic polit ics. The Party?? s second plenary of the 7th congress conference adopted it as the polit ical creed, Central Committee of CPC agreeing on holding different levels of conferences of peopl's representatives,the designing of the state system and establishment of economic structure, and drafting the charter and program of the new nation and CPC.
