An economic analysis of the wages for urban farmers in perspective of Marxism
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
农民工的工资之所以低廉,用马克思主义经济学分析,主要是因为农民工所具有的双重经济地位决定了在其工资构成中,既不包括维持其家属生存所必需的生活资料的价值,又不包括其自身受教育和训练的费用,农民工的工资几乎就是维持其自身生存所必需的生活资料的价值。在以市场为取向的改革中,由于地方政府采取向资本倾斜的态度,进一步加剧了劳动力的过剩,使农民工因市场因素("劳力过剩"和"资本稀缺")而形成的不利地位又因组织资源的悬殊而大大恶化。
Abstract：
Urban farmers get paid so low, principally due to the dual economic components in their wages, w hich excludes both the necessary liv ing expenses for their dependents, and the tuition for their own education and training. In effect, the urban farmers make wages that only sustains themselves. And the local government-advocated market-oriented reforms help build up the surplus of laborers and def icit of capital, thus enabling the situat ion to be even worse for them.
