唐代监狱制度进一步完善、系统。唐代监狱的性质，有着古代监狱的共性，又同现代监狱有着本质的区别。史料中记载的唐代的狱政管理主要包括 :分押分管制度、械具制度、报囚制度、安全制度、居作制度和狱囚生活制度几个方面
Abstract：
The jailing system by the Tang Dynasty has become considerably systematic and improved， in spite of the prominent similarities with the ancient system. It is historically claimed that the jailing ad-ministration of the Tang Dynasty mainly consists of the divisions of detaining， supervision， torturing in-strument， penal servitude reporting， security， and prisoner living regulations.
