A new assumption of end of the North-China Autonomous Campaign
摘要/Abstract
“华北自治运动”是 2 0世纪 30年代中期，日本军国主义者假借“自治”之名，在华北制造傀儡政权的运动，是日本侵略者推行“华北分治”政策的手段。从日本侵华政策层面和运动本身考察，1 935年 1 2月并非“华北自治运动”的下线。 1 937年 4月，日本内阁抛出《对中国实施的策略》，标志着“华北自治运动”的破产。
The so-called North- China Autonomous Campaign in the middle of 1930s is in effect the Japanese imperialist puppet government in North China， but in the name of autonomous ruling， with the sole intention of breaking up the northern China by aggression . Judging by the aggression and the cam- paign, it might as well justify the end of the North- China Autonomous Campaign， not as the defined De- cember of 1935 . But actually， the publication of the Strategies to China by the Japanese cabinet in April of 1937 marked the wrap-up of the North- China Autonomous Campaign .
