On disputes and rhetoric in the Mohist Works

摘要：
《墨经》内容庞杂,其中有一大部分是关于论辩的,人们一般把这一部分看作是逻辑学著作,给予很高的评价。而从修辞的角度看,这一部分又蕴涵着丰富的修辞思想。其论辩修辞思想可以概括为3个方面:论辩修辞宗旨;论辩修辞方式;论辩方法。
Abstract：
Though the Mohist Works are complex in contents, a larger part is devoted to disputes. Hence, critics consider this part as works of logic. But, in the perspective of rhetoric, the works are also rich in disputing rhetorical concepts, which can further be specified as disputing rhetoric principles, methodology and mechanisms.
