The knowledge economy comes into existence at the more developed stage of the post-industrial society. The knowledge economy is largely composed of possession, collocation, and use of the knowledge resources. In addition, the cultural implicatures of the knowledge economy include equal competition, fair transaction, law-abiding, science respecting, democracy and freedom pursuing in the marketing economy, besides other new features such as creative spirit and transformation of traditional knowledge concept. The writer of the paper assumes that there is a lot to improve in methodology, and cultural concepts in China in the oncoming knowledge economy.
