摘要/Abstract
摘要：
在风险投资中,良好的信用行为和由此形成的可靠的信用关系是风险投资家与风险企业家委托代理关系产生的基础,而完善的信用机制是形成良好的信用行为和可靠信用关系的保障,所以构建完善的风险投资信用机制是风险投资有效运行的关键。
Abstract：
Whereas a good reputation of credibility and the reliable relationship of trusty is consideredas the trusting basis for the venture investors and venture enterprisers in the course of venture investment, it is credibility mechanism that guarantees the credible reputation and the reliable trusty relationship. Thus, this paper intends to argue for the establishment of the credibility mechanism as guarantor of the effective operation of the venture investment.
