摘要：
改革开放给思想政治工作带来了前所未有的挑战,同时也带来了难得的创新机遇。思想政治工作应跟上时代的发展,服务于改革开放,充分发挥其强有力的导航和保障作用。
Abstract：
The reforms and opening have brought about unprecedented challenges as well as opportunities for the political work. As is known the political work should keep in pace with the social progress, serving the reforms, thus playing its compassing and securing functions.
