Land development and lawsuits in the inland regions of earlier Yuan Dynasty
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
金元之际山西、河北、山东地区 (在元代前期属于腹里中南部地区)深被兵祸,社会经济遭受严重破坏。元世祖即位初年开始的一系列劝农活动,使该地区的社会经济得到了一定程度的恢复和发展。从元代前期该地区农业土地的开发利用以及元世祖中后期出现的土地价格暴涨,田讼剧增等现象可以从一个侧面说明腹里地区的农业经济的恢复程度和发展水平。
Abstract：
At the turning point of Jin and Yuan Dynasties, Shandong and Hebei Provinces suffered considerably from the warrings, with the social economy severely damaged. After the inauguration, the Yuan emperor was devoted to restoring the social economy to some extent. This paper is intended to analyze the degree of restoration of the economy, in terms of land development, lawsuits over the land transactions, and the inflation of land price, and the like.
