摘要：
价值本质是马克思劳动价值论方法论革命的集中体现,也是其对资本主义制度科学分析的一把钥匙。深刻理解马克思对价值本质分析的方法论意义,才能深化对劳动和劳动价值论的理解;才能正确认识制度分析中的价值创造与价值分配的关系。
Abstract：
The essense of value is the revolutionary manifestation of Marx's methodology of labour value as well as a key to analysing capitalist system. Only by understanding the significance of Marx' s analysis of the essense of values can we have a better idea of labour and labour values, and a correct cognition of the relation between value creation and value distribution in the analysis of system.
