The malpractice of financial maintaining mechanism in economic reform and the orientation of its reform
摘要/Abstract
任何成功的改革都有一种内在机制补偿着改革进程的成本付出或利益损失,从而在客观上成为支撑社会变迁的内在整合力量。中国20年经济改革的成功同样得益于此。中国经济改革推进是在货币化收益、国家垄断信用和非国有经济金融剩余创造“三位一体”的维持机制支撑下前行的。而维持机制面临崩溃需重构未来改革的维持机制。
The successes of any reform involve an internal mechanism which supplements the cost and the loss of benefits in the process of reform and thus becomes a kind of integrating force supportive of social changes from an objective point of view.China's success in economic reform for the past 20 years is just an evidence.China's reform has been carried out with the support of maintaining mechanism which is based on the combination of profit of monetization, national monopoly credit and creation of financial surplus by economy independent from state.The present maitaining mechanism is about to fall apart so it is ncessary to reconstruct a maintaining mechanism for the further reform.
