The historical inexorability of popular political measures in the early Han Dynasty
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
通过对刘邦政权的道德基础、皇帝制度的道德基础以及汉初德政思想产生的历史必然性的分析和阐述,我认为汉初统治者正是在德政思想指导下,具体实施了德政措施,才使其统治和政权得以确立和巩固。
Abstract：
Through the analysis of the foundation on which Liu Bang,the first Emperor of the Han Dynasty,adopted political measures beneficial to the well-being of the people and its historical inexorability,it can be seen that it was guided by these popular political measures that the imperial power was established and consolidated.
