摘要：
21世纪是知识经济时代,伴随着知识财产取代有形财产成为社会财产的重心,知识产权权利冲突蜂拥而至。对知识产权权利冲突的概念、类型、诱因及对策的分析,有助于进一步推动此课题的研究。
Abstract：
2lst century is an age of knowledge economy.With the process that the intellectual property has been gradually replacing the visible property and becoming the core of social property,the rights conflicts concerning intellectual property right have been getting more prevalent.In order to further the study of this subject,an analysis of the concept of these conflicts types and immediate causes must be made.
