A microcosmis study for pictographs in Origin of Chinese Characters
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
象形造字的特征可概括为整体性、直观性、具体性，按构形意图可将象形字归纳为全体象形、半体象形、微体象形，象形这种造字方法在汉字发展史上占有重要地位。
Abstract：
The characteristics of the coinage of pictographs can be generalized as entirety,visibility and concreteness. According to the structural elements, pictographs can be classified as whole pictographs, semipictographs and minute pictographs. The way to coin the pictographs has had an important standing in the development of Chinese characters.
