A tentative study of refugee relief in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
抗战时期,由于日本帝国主义入侵给中华民族带来了深重灾难,难民问题成为突出的社会问题,难民救济工作一度成为当时社会的焦点。陕甘宁边区政府在难民救济方面采取了积极措施且成效显著。
Abstract：
The refugee issue was a serious social problem in China'scomtemparary history,during which refugee relief was a difficult task. During the Anti-Japanese war,due to the Japanese aggression which cause great disaster in China,the refugee issue became a prominent social problem and refugee relief became the focus of the society.The goverment of communist-led Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region adopted a lot of effective measures in solving this problem.
