交易就要签订契约,而契约往往是不完备的。如何使不完备的契约得以履行呢?外在安全因素与内在安全因素是其保证。在前者一定的情况下,交易主体尤其应当注重后者的作用
Abstract：
To sign a contract isnecessary in trading,but contract is not always perfect . How to fulfil the inperfect contract?The extrinsic safety factors are the guarantee to fulfil a contract,and they are of certainty,the intrinsic factors must be paid special attention to.
