The civil society and socialist modernization

摘要：
上个世纪的社会主义实践,拒绝公民社会,这可能是社会主义在俄罗斯和东欧败落的重要原因之一。实际上 ,公民社会是社会主义现代化的重要组成部分,社会主义国家应该宽容并善为培育公民社会。我们应该重视公民社会理论的研究。
Abstract：
The practice of socialism in the 20th century excluded civil society ,which might be one of the major reasons for the disintegration of socialism in Russin and East Europe . As a matter of fact ,civil society is indispensable to the modernization of socialism and the socialist countries should be apt at cultivating civil society . The study of the theory of civil society should be paid great attention to.
