A historical change of the Chinese professional soccer transfer system and legislature
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
中国足球职业球员转会制度的历史过程应分为四个阶段,一共经历了三次变迁。借助规制和依附两个指标,发现这三次变迁是在“强规制、强依附”与“弱规制、弱依附”之间反复。变迁的主要动力是中国经济的市场化改革、行政体制改革、足球产业利益格局的变化。
Abstract：
The Chinese professional soccer transfer system undergoes three changes. By the indexes of regulations and adherences, the changes fluctuate, mainly due to the motivations of the Chinese reforms of the market economy, administrative institutions, and the matrix of the soccer industry.
