纯粹法学的含义、法律规范、法律秩序、基本规范以及国家等概念构成凯尔森纯粹法学理论的基石。对这些基本概念进行研究和分析，可以更准确地把握凯尔森纯粹法理论特点，更好地吸收其精华，促进我们社会的法治理论的完善和发展。
Abstract：
The foundation of Hans Kelsen's abstract jurisprudence is composed of the connotation of abstract jurisprudence, legal norm, legal procedure, basic norm, nation, etc. The study and analysis of these basic concepts will lead to the accurate comprehension of the features of Kelsen's abstract jurisprudence, the essence of which can be adapted to promote the development of our legal institutions.
