The military commissioners in the late Tang Dynasty as one of the dominating forces in the imperial government
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
一般认为，藩镇节度使是军政合一的地方长官，一般是不能直接参与中枢事务的。但事实却是，强大的藩镇节度使拥有挟制、控制或生杀皇帝以及作为皇帝机要秘书的枢密使、翰林学士和作为最高军事首长的神策军中尉的能力和手段，从而成为晚唐中枢起主宰作用的一元。这一过程是从僖宗中和元年开始的。
Abstract：
It is generally believed that military commissioner was the governet of the localcivil and military authorities who could not deal with any affairs in the imperial government. As a matter of fact, the powerful military commissioners could serveas palace secretarise, Hanlin academicians and officers of army of inspired strategy who could control the emperors and thus became one of the dominating forces in the imperial government. The military commissioners had played this rose since the first year of Zhongheneign of Tang Emperor Xizong.
