A strategic study of the creativity of industrial technicians
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
企业要想提高其原始创新产出,其首要任务是要切实提升本企业技术人员的原始创新能力。而提高企业技术人员的原始创新能力又要求该企业不仅要重视技术人员所具备的基础条件,还要重视外部因素对本企业乃至技术人员的影响。
Abstract：
An enterprise should enhance the creativity of the technicians in order to promote its stature. In turn, their creativity demands employers to attend to the criteria for technicians, and the factors that may influence their creativity.
