The rural relationship in the process of democratizing
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
随着《村民委员会组织法》的正式颁布实施，村级治理的民主化将是大势所趋，以乡村领导关系为核心的传统乡村关系面临严峻挑战。一方面，村级治理的民主化必将对乡镇行政转变领导方式、转换工作作风产生强大压力，从而推进乡镇机构改革；另一方面，改革后的乡镇行政完全有能力适应以村级治理民主化为基础的新型乡村关系。
Abstract：
With the implementation of The Legal System for the Organization of Vil lagers' Committee, the democratic reform in the administration at village level has become a necessity.The traditional rural relationship with leadership relatio nship as its core is now being severely challenged.The demoncratic reform will give astrong push to the transition of rural relationship from the old leadership model and organization system to the new one based on democracy.
