Studies of the strategy to promote cultural development in Hebei Province
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
制定切实可行的文化发展战略，大力发展和繁荣文化事业，是促进“两个文明”建设的迫切需要。我们在深入调研河北省文化建设成就与存在问题的基础之上，提出了河北省文化发展的指导思想、方针原则和战略目标，以及实施这一战略的措施保障。
Abstract：
To make feasible strategy to greatly promote cultural development is the urgent need for both the material progress and cultural and ideological progress.Based on an exhaustive investigation of the achievements attained in Hebei Province and the existing problems,this paper brings forword the guidelines as well as the strategic goals for the cultural development in Hebei Provine along with the measures for implementation.
